We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due on delivery of the final report or solution. For larger engagements, we can arrange milestone-based payments. All prices are in NZD and exclude GST.
Each tier includes a defined set of deliverables, workshops, and support. Tier 1 (AI Readiness Assessment) focuses on discovery and planning. Tier 2 (AI Implementation) covers end-to-end build of a single AI solution. Tier 3 (AI Transformation) delivers a multi-project programme across your organisation. We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will revise it at no additional cost. If we are unable to meet the agreed-upon scope, we will refund the portion of work not delivered. The initial discovery and workshop components are non-refundable once completed.
Timelines vary by tier. An AI Readiness Assessment typically takes 2 weeks. AI Implementation runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. AI Transformation programmes span 3 to 6 months. We will confirm a detailed timeline during our initial scoping conversation.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Tier 1 Assessment, then move into Tier 2 Implementation based on the roadmap we produce. Any fees already paid are credited toward the higher tier if you upgrade within 90 days of completing your initial engagement.
The MBIE AI Advisory Pilot covers 50% of eligible AI consulting costs, up to $15,000 per business. All three of our service tiers qualify. We handle the application paperwork on your behalf and apply the co-funding directly, so you only pay your share upfront.
Yes. While we are based in Auckland, we work with businesses across New Zealand. Discovery workshops can be conducted in person or via video call, and all other work is delivered remotely. For Tier 3 engagements, we include regular on-site visits regardless of location.
Every engagement includes comprehensive handover documentation and team training. For ongoing support, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $1,500 per month. We also provide a 30-day post-delivery support window at no extra charge for Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients.
